When the temperature hits 80 degrees or more and your order contains E-liquid, gummies, gum or other heat affected items, there are steps YOU can take to reduce the chances of getting damaged products!
Our SUMMER SHIPPING Option is the best way to ensure your E-Liquid or other items will arrive in great shape.
Summer Shipping includes expedited shipping in an insulated cold shipping pack, along with an ice pack.
Because we ONLY ship Monday – Wednesday, if needed, your order will be held in our temperature-controlled warehouse until our next shipping date to avoid heat exposure.
Make sure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat.
If your box feels warm, open immediately and get your Products into cooler indoor air.
We ship most products via GLS which takes 3-5 Business days. These are estimates only… actual transit times will vary by each zip code, even within a state, and are not guaranteed by GLS or Desert Vapors II Inc

Every order is different. It’s possible your particular order will be just fine with standard shipping and one Cold Pack. So you should ask yourself, how important is it that your products arrive in perfect condition?

Please plan accordingly. We do not offer refunds on heat damaged E-Liquid or other products that did not choose Summer Shipping as an option.
Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy
All products we sell are sold “AS-IS”, with no warranties expressed nor implied and cannot be returned. Products may be exchanged if the item received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival).To exchange, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Customers must notify us within FIVE (5) days of the sale of their defective product to start an exchange process. DOA items only apply to electrical devices such as an Gaur, SCAR-18, Drag-X or other similar devices. WE DO NOT ACCEPT exchanges of Atomizers, Clearomizers, Bottled E-liquid, Drip Tips, Batteries, Wick, Wire, Mechanical mods, Rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildable RDA’s, RDTAS and/or atomizers. Our Exchange Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind.
ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO USER ERROR, MISUSE OR ABUSE, ARE NEVER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BY DESERT VAPORS II INC, DESERTVAPORS.COM, OR THE MANUFACTURERS OF THE PRODUCTS WE SELL. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE AT TIME OF RECEIPT.
WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE ANY DISPOSABLE VAPORIZERS AND WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR DISPOSABLE VAPE PURCHASES FOR ANY REASON.
We can only accept an exchange of an item if it is defective, meaning non-functioning. In the event of an exchange, Items may only be exchanged for the same Item. In the event of an exchange, we may charge up to a 25% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
